Great idea to start construction and then launch.At least you know where you are.Also a great payment plan,means many more people can afford to buy their own home.1% here per month wouldnt be that much more than what you would pay for rent.However,at 1400/1500sq ft your paying for that luxury.
This is def a project for the end user and not for an investor.

The Axis buildings are all different from one another.
JBR is identical.Also,in other forums you have 'x'project No 1,2 etc under their own threads such as 'Champions Towers' 1,2,3,4 under Sports City.
