The next 21 building looks very impressive, but there's not much of a skyline. 5/10

the ground is very badly taken advantage of not to have ground in Japan, more skyscraper!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 6/10

Doesn't have alot of "skyline" but the architecture never seazes to impress me, as does every city in Japan. It's good that it doesn't have the rather small, grimey 30's and 40's buildings that constantly plague most U.S. cities.
