I just recall that awhile back I had heard that despite Foster's name being attached, he wasn't really involved in this project, and was probably just giving an Ok to stick his name on what was mainly a local firms' work. I discounted it at the time, but it definitely seems likely now given the unimaginitive result...

it looks like the a variation on the design shown in the rendering is moving forward. The bulletin board shows the building has a 'wavy' footprint like the renderings in this post. Anyone know of updated renderings??
