communism in china ? lol, you havenīt an idea what communism is, right ? Looking backward as many chinese died, that is communism. now, itīs not. many people get rich and more wealthy in the last 20years. china has much more capitalism since 20 years but its not perfect now. it should be much more free for market (maybe in future it will be) but communism isnīt it.

In china, there is a fiat-money-system - keynesianism. this system doesnīt work. the same progress is in the USA, europe and around the world. Fiat-Money-Keynesianism doesnīt work. This is socialism by money and debt value through an central banking system. Only the austrian school of economics work. Read Ludwig von Mises or Murray Newton Rothbard to understand how economy really works.

Do you even know where exactly this building is being build?

Tianjin is a rapidly growing city with already more than 15million people. And this building is only about 10km from the freakkin' geographical center of the city

Looks like Goldin's stock took a beating lately, and is looking to sell 25% its assets for cash. It is selling the building and some other assets for 18 billion Yuan, and entered contract negotiation with unknown buyers since Dec. 16 and deadline for the negotiation is 2/29/16. This project so far costs Goldin 13.1 Billion Yuan, and selling it at 18 billion is not a losing deal for it. News broke Dec. 23, and Goldin Finance's stock jumped 50%.

Interesting Goldin is still holding on the low rise commercial and residential buildings in this complex.

In any case, the construction is probably on hold until the deal finishes.

http://news.focus.cn/tj/2015-12-29/10619354.html

Here is the profile of the company. Goldin was based on the oddly named Matsunichi electronics, which was a major player in Chinese MP3 player market in the early 2000s, it latter acquired Germany communications maker Gigaset AG through a consortium, and has a large OEM arm that makes stuff for Polaroid and Best Buy branded items.

The company went into real estate in 2007, and Goldin Finance 117 is its first project. The company also own a few wineries, polo clubs and horse breeding center...

All around the world, there are mixed systems between X percent market system and x percent statism interventions. The world is different between this percents but you have around the world mixed-systems. The right name is corporatism.

For ex communism countrys is corporatism better then communism, because they have more wealth as in the past. for the west ist corporatism more bad because the west lose on this way itīs past freedom.

Can you guys see the ladders that lead up to the formwork on top of the supercolumns? I'd be wearing my brown pants all the time if I had to start my workday with that climb.

The cladding looks good and i'm very excitet how the top will be once finished. This diamond is a bit weird. But also special.
