So they seriously are going to build the entire downtown on this dirt field? where nothing was before??? in a few years it will be completely transformed.I dont understand china....

Well, when you are effictively attracting a large portion of FDI and are moving 400 -600+ million people from rural and slightly urban areas to these cities, it becomes possible. Also, you have to really close your eyes and imagine the scale...1.3 billion people is a lot. I have a little question:
Is this quadratic foundation only for the building core or for the entire building?
But it looks like that the tower will cover the entire site
However, I can be wrong, therefore you can correct me
