"Give way to traffic coming from the right" sign on a ski slope in Switzerland.
The slope is intersecting with a public road here. The road -logically- also shows the triangle sign, with a skier symbol beneath instead of the car.

What's the Swedish sign on the first page with a cat looking at a mouse supposed to indicate?

Meanwhile in Denia Avenue [N-332], Alicante, Spain...

...It's a bilingual road sign, Valencian (Catalan) - Spanish or maybe Spanish - Valencian...???

Nope, it's not a bilingual sign. They just want to make sure that you read it correctly, so they just remind you the spelling.

Yeah, that's a major difference. I bet that people speaking only Spanish or Catalan or Valencian wouldn't know that Autovia si actually Autovía.

I hate bilingual signs where the name in both languages are the same

With these funny things you remind me on one similar case in Croatia. Operational stuff on A1 had been regularly practicing cleaning of one bridge sign. It name is bridge Kupcina (according to the river Kupcina below), but if you add a tick it gets complete different meaning (very, very big dick). After several years fighting with nasty users they moved away the sign. This is only bridge without name sign on A1.

isn't its name in original Kupčina? so there would be enough to change only P to R
and hell who has will to go there just to change it?! it is on open motorway far from any villages (at least i think so) and quite heavy traffic is there.

Canton of Aargau police placard next to A3 motorway - an express of gratitude towards motorists who maintain sufficient safety distance (and a reminder to those who don't).
