i really hate cyclists riding in the tram zone. they are blocking the traffic and it is really dangerous if the wheel falls into the rails.

Yeah, it is a strange combination. In many cities, trams substitutes the rapid (and due to traffic jams on roads the fastest) transport. Bike transport is, on the other hand, one of the slowest (in terms of maximum possible speed). It is not wise to combine it

Usually cycling is by far the fastest way to move in a European city. But ok, that lady... she should probably walk in the park.

generally yes. But not in empty lane. The tram lane is literally empty and the lady is de facto slowing the tram (where could be 100 passengers) down. This is not good.
