Love it! It's very smart for it's location and will really stand out! The black blends in quite well with the railway viaduct. I love the roof terrace on the Heath Mill Lane elevation!

I like this. Think it fits nicely into this area, may not be suitable somewhere else tho.

Nice one! This should, if carried off well, really fit in with the area, and should be good to look at from the train too (you get a pretty decent view of the Custard Factory).

hehe, well they are pretty pictures so can forgive you.

Looks smart. They just need to sort the space between that and Old Crown with the furnace.

Incase you can't read it (too small writing, not illiteracy), the green patchy stuff on the wall is actually plants. The architects are proposing turning this into a green wall to improve the view from the Old Crown! I love this!

Like this alot, nice to see more well designed proposals in this area. Digbeth is going to be stunning.
Shame its not going to be in a more prominent position. I suppose train passengers will get a good view of this.

Aah but you didn't expand on what a green wall is! A green wall might just be a green painted wall! Gawd...

Goes well with the Green man in Custard Factory across road.

Nice mini-proposal. Should provide space to help further establish the creative sector around the Custard Factory.

Thanks for posting all the info Woody and Erebus.

..btw has anyone seen Feltip lately?
