It looks like Rosario, or Cordoba because of the brownish buildings.
The bad thing about this city, is that it has very few modern buildings.

Bogota has the best looking skyline because it looks like a skyline from every angle but santiago is soo elegant that i voted for Santiago. Bogota needs some modern skyscrapers then I'll vote for Bogota.

The best skylines without a doubt are Santiago and Buenos Aires: classy, neat, clean and brand new skylines...............but I ´ll go for Buenos Aires.

The rest of the cities need more height and brand new buildings..........I dont know how they havent built so many new buildings considering many southamerican cities were planed to be pretty dense, compact in size and with lots of vertical developments (i.e. Bogota, caracas, Medellín, Sao Paolo, etc etc)....
