why do sports personalities feel they can dabble in real estate? is it only in dubai they come or are they similar cases around the world??

Funny that the Schumacher tower is a Korean project (architects, contractors).

I don't think they actually have much to do with it. They have probably just sold their name rights to ACI for the development. Personally, I think its trashy marketing on behalf of ACI

for how much? ACI had cash problems with their projects before...they could have used that money to pay the contractors rather than celebs

every Gulfnews has few pages, pointless adverts with Schumacher, Lauda and Becker photos , but nothing info about the projects, that is really waste of money.

I wouldn't know how much, but guessing I would expect £1m plus each which is pennies when you consider the sales value of a tower.

Have you driven Jumeirah Road from Burj Al Arab toward Dubai? Tons of lamp poles billboards with renders for all the three towers, going on for miles.

There is also a huge billboard alongside SZR, showing them three with the respective towers in the background.

When I first heard about this project many months ago, the word was that Michael was co-operating with some Spanish company.
