Only if Seoul had houses/townhomes like this on the banks of Seoul's Han River, the landscape could've been a more pleasing to the eyes...no concrete commie block apartments >_<

I don't agree. Those buildings remind me of cheap motels out in the countryside.

But I do agree that those commie blocks should go, and that's what's happening with the redevelopment project lead by the city government.

I found it was built in 1987.
considering your impression about it, I think the architecture succeeded to give classical feeling on the brick facade.
