Tower 3 construction had a slow start but look at it now, on schedule for turn-over this December. In fact, some units(ground floor and 2nd floor) were completed a full year ahead. Same thing with Ramos tower, our commitment to deliver the units on or before December 2011 is well within reach..... conservatively speaking.

Tower 2(Club Ultima) elevated parking floor approaches are now undergoing slope adjustment and load bearing reinforcement in preparation for the integration of Tower 4 to the rest of the complex.

City Loft 1 (mango ave.) is just the first of a series of mid-rise condominiums carrying City Loft brand that will rise all over Cebu. With 18-storeys average height, turn-over can be achieved in less than 2 years. Jakosalem, Ranudo and Urgello are locations to look forward to in 2011 but the goal of Mr. Richard King is to build 20 City Loft towers in the next 5 years and open 3 new hotels in different tourist destinations every year. Ambitious, but not impossible for somebody who challenged a crisis by building a 40-storey hotel while the rest were carting away their money to the safety of almighty banks.

20 more City Loft towers?! Wow, so kang King alone, he already promised to have 20 18-storey buildings withing 5 years...

I just learned, that by increasing the number of floors of City Loft Towers to 25 floors, King can sell more units, thus more money. So, why not make these towers 25 floors or 30 ba kaha...

Suggestion lang na nako kang Mr. King...

I also hope that with Mr. King's ambition of building 20 plus condominium towers, there will be in effect a real estate glut so that the prices of condo units will be at its cheapest ever.

I hope to see the day when condo units will be sold for as low as P1,000 per unit...or much more better if free especially if government subsidized.

This should benefit the masses since after all this is what housing is really for -- to provide shelter and not just another investment commodity where owners will just leave it empty waiting for its value to appreciate while others are wallowing at the streets.

But Remember sad bai nold that there are time for Business and time for Charity... like the Ayala's, they are the country's one of the largest homebuilders, they also contributed in mass housing project through the Habitat for Humanity and the GK ( Gawad Kalinga)...

So dili ta ka blame sa mga tao who has the money unya mopalit then left it empty to wait for its value to appreciate.. that is a reality we have to contend...
