i didn't expect that fuente tower seaview units will be obstructed with the ultima prime.

i wonder how the fuente tower 3 buyers would react to this especially units facing downtown. all loft-type pa naman. club ultima blocking the front side, crown regency tower on the right side, ultima prime on the left side. no use na ata ang pagiging loft ng unit. puro concrete and shadow nalang ang view, walang direct sunlight. parang inner unit, sayang ang millions

overall, the complex looks massive and a great addition to the city skyline, something skyscraper fanatics would appreciate!

yeah, these tall buildings which are soon to be icons of cebu, should have been spaced apart, para there are good views for all of them.

according to a sales supervisor, this is the Ultima Prime site. the road leading to Ramos Street is the one beside Kan-Irag Hotel.

btw, i was the one who edited this google earth image.

the firewall side of the building, facing Club Ultima and Fuente Tower 3.
in this case, Club Ultima's Snooze Lounge and the Seaview BBQ Terrace will have no view but concrete wall.


facing Ramos Street. the CBP, Asiatown, Mactan Island and the sunrise can be seen from this view.

this is really going to be tall, an equivalent of a 40-50 storey condo, im sure that the 28-storey figure was derived from the lofts and flats excluding the parking. I still have to agree that there is too much density in a city that isn't really that dense. They should practice what they call restrictive zoning wherein there is a certain allowed collective number of stories or agreggate height in every block.

yes indeed! all bi-level units... there's 45 livable floor levels. this building can go as high as a standard 40-storey residential condominium.

This is just sad! I can understand if the building is directly beside another property that is pretty much sticking to it, hence the firewall, but there is more than enough space for windows. And add to that, its creating crappy views for an existing building belonging to the same developer! Are they purposely screwing their own existing clients?

I agree with the other poster, this is absolutely poor planning. Why oh why should all these buildings of Ultima be so close to each other? Aren't there any other sites in Cebu City to place these projects? Is the city that congested that you pretty much have to clump all these high rises into this one teeny tiny spot? Geeze!

apparently! after one invests multi-million peso condo unit expecting to get the best view, only to be obstructed later by another high-rise building. they focus on earning money when they can't even deliver the units on time. i just wonder...

their sales manager said, as i quote, "oh well, they are just malas (unfortunate)" when asked to comment on fuente tower 3 investors' units to be blocked by Ultima Prime.

yeah, i agree that the locations of these buildings were not well planned. besides the first building looks old already with its frontage totally obscured. sayang, ito pa naman ang tallest structures sa cebu.

they need a masterplan. buildings are built first before a masterplan.

on the lighter side, i was told that this Ultima Prime will have the most advanced features in condo lifestyle not just in Cebu but in the whole country. however, my source didn't elaborate.
