Yeah, would be a bit lame if they waited until the building was topped out, like it happened with Leatop Plaza.

Well, it did have stone cladding in the render, so it shouldn't come as a surprise.

This should turn out really nicely. Guangzhou is very lucky with the consistently superb quality of its supertalls.

The neighborhood is really coming together. Some more greenery and more cladding on the u/c towers, and its really going to look awesome.

I thought the plan was to have a park in the strip in between the skyscrapers. Why did they concrete over it?

This seems like a bridge walkway over the highway tunnels toward the island which would be behind the photographer. I believe the whole area should be park but have 4 themed squares along the way so some parts will be tiled.

What is the current height of the building? It looks like it is near 300 meters.
