Okay I like this better. The building is called Victory Plaza 101 维多利大厦. The towers look very good indeed, but they think their location is not a major problem. Would be sad to have a huge concentration of super talls in one area and only low rises elsewhere.

They are located in the first development phase of the CBD, just around the Stadium in Tiyuxi Road. It's a more commercial area that is building some taller buildings as well from time to time. 2 have been topped out this year.

Nice pics! I love the shot showing Pearl River Tower's "bubble". That turned out great. Keep em coming.

wow, it seems like there has been some progress made to the cladding of these towers. \yeah, i think the pinnacle will be one of those towers that will look good but will not look new when finished, its mainly due to the color of the cladding i think. I know that there are lots of buildings in the Chongqing area which have that same feel, its a new building, but it doesn't look new. hahahahaha

A big contrast to the ultra modern pearl river tower

I like the brown cladding...it'll add some contrast to all those blue glass biuldings.

That cladding is fantastic, can't wait for more to go up!
It's nice to have a building that isn't all glass(and other shiny stuff).

I totally agree with this. The colour makes it look old. A pitty imo, cause the design is probably one of the very best in the area.

I love the cladding. It's going to contrast nicely with the Pearl River Tower.

It is a more traditional style and looks very good.

I like the pseudo-Art Deco massing and cladding.

Looks a little like a Dubai Marina tower, in a good way. Like the cladding- must be nearing t/o by now?

There's still a spire to be built. The inhabitable part is topped out though, as far as I know.
