I love Bath, so beautiful. It's such a great city to get lost in and explore. Sumptuous beauty is everywhere. I could go on for days like this!

Thanks for the photos mate. Feel free to post more

When I was in Bath back in 2002, I fell in love. One of the most beautiful cities I have ever been to, and I intend to one day hopefully be able to retire there.

Wow, this city looks great!
I've heard about Bath of course, but I didn't now anything about it's beauty and urban harmony. I should visit it sometimes.
Is it easy to reach from London by train?

By the way: this pic is gorgeous!

Bath is an absolute must for any traveler through Britain.
And the beautiful, if often overcrowded, city is one of the most enjoyable and rewarding in Europe for strolling around.

i'd like to think this little corner i inhabit is rather rewarding, whether or not it is though you'll have to tell me :P
ah cars, so troublesome with the tax and petrol and congestion charge, and parents refuse to let you to borrow theirs i suppose you could take the train.

actually dont do the latter... seriously dont.

I'm usually the strongest advocate of Public Transport - but there are times when a car is just much more convenient.

If i wanted to do a visit of Bath, Bristol and futher afield in a single weekend, i think a car is a necessity

And Bristol is infamous for its dire public transport...right??

yerp come here and you'll never complain about delays on the northern line or anything about the tube or Londons rail ever again.

in fact for a long time you could buy a return bus ticket to bath from bristol but you couldnt get back as by going to bath the ticket became invalid
dunno if its changed though...

i do paint a lovely image of the place *sigh*

Wells and Cheddar Gorge are worth a visit too if you are in this part of the country with a car.
