Is "Jaka" a common name in Indonesia? I thought he was a Slovenian.

Jaka Parker just released a video of him driving to Masik Ski Pass and Sinpyong River from Pyongyang, probably through the Pyongyang - Wonsan Highway

That signage looked very much like the SK's, due to the highway is “collaborative” one?
