Jaro Cathedral well, it's rather a personal matter for me to be there. I always feel serene there. Maybe that's just me. Yes, Balaan Bukid is a nice place but you have to exert great effort to climb up there.

I don't think they copied it. Remember that it was during the American colonial Era when they launched a massive educational campaign (and that includes primary and secondary education for everyone) across the islands. I think this is a Gabaldon-type...heritage professionals please confirm. And having multiple copies of its architecture all throughout the islands is not a big thing.

Here are some more from the same region... Western Visayas...
These are from Pandan, Antique. The Bugang River is connected to Pandan Bay. This is where I first learned how to swim as a child.















If I disappear from my grandmother's house, they'd know I'm usually by the river or the sea...
