Fede has the picture of Villa Pisani been taken by you?

It's just 5 minutes by bike from where I live! Luckily the fountain that seems quite dirty in the picture has been cleaned and many concerts are held in the park.

The location of the Villa facing the Brenta river is fantastic!

57. There aren't just beaches in Sardinia. This is how inland Sardinia looks like, near Las Plassas, in the Campidano area.

Excellent work Federico. The last three are quite a piece of photography, you have really good taste.

The Langhe/Roero region is my pick during mid-autumn, it's sagra time, locals always welcome you warmly and the scenary is truly breathtaking, not to mention the local speciality

The picture of Bergamo Alta floating in the fog is just amazing. Bergamo is so sadly underrated both in Italy and abroad

The last one greatly shows the variety and diversity of this island

58. Positano, on the Amalfi coast, a dream place that isn’t quite real when you are there and becomes beckoningly real after you have gone as John Steinbeck wrote about it.

I love how that village is perched on the cliff side. Beautiful depth to that shot. I love it!

59. Matera, the second city in Basilicata and one of the most ancient cities in Italy (being continuously inhabitated for more than 9,000 years). Most houses in the town centre are in fact just caves, being dug directly into the rock. They were regarded as a national shame at the beginning of the 20th century, so people were moved into newly developed areas. Now the peculiarity of these houses is finally appreciated, a re-generation project was started and many of them are thriving businesses, pubs, and hotels.

I did. It's really a special place, I think Mel Gibson used this place for his film "The Passion of the Christ".

yeah, i was about to say it, but Sampei did it before...well done mates, anyway. the Sassi of Matera are one of most peculiar housing projects in Italy, and i've also been told they're not bad to live in.

60. The main street in Gressoney-Saint-Jean (Creschnau Sankt Johann in Walser dialect of German). It's a trilingual French-German-Italian municipality.
