From the half-year report:
"Canary Wharf Group has also acquired the remaining property interests at Heron Quays West and as a result secured full control of this important development site with consent for an office scheme of 1.3m sq ft. A number of alternative development options, both for office and also mixed office and residential use, are being considered for this site."

Canary Wharf Group are so full of shit, i have ZERO faith that whatever they proprose and get planning permission for, is what will actually get built.

Right up until the builders move onto site, a proposed 200m tower can get turned into a 70m groundscraper....

I think the new design will be much better than the old one, hopfully this will get going next year
