Thanks, I didn't know that - but I was rather referring to the skyscraper project itself. I seem to recall that I have seen a similar model/rendering at that spot before, but I'm not sure.

We had seen unsourced renders of this one before at the Shanghai thread, indeed. They said it would have 58 floors only though, not 68.







Seems like Puxi will get its first true supertall at last. But I prefer RMJM 3x200-270m proposal...

in chongqing even thought there r alot of towers gathered in jiefangbei,but very few of them r A class office towers. thats why those built A class towers r full already,like Metropolitan Plaza ,they r actruelly trying to kick out some companies so that they can let other ones moving in,,,

They don't look 528m in that rendering either. The location is definitely in Lujiazui though.
