HZ supertalls:
CapitaLand project: 300-350m
Qiangjiang Twin 1: 300-330m
Qiangjiang Twin 2: 300-330m
Kaiyuen Group project: 77 floors (300m+)
Hangzhou International Office Center: 300m
Botefeinuo Twin 1: 270-300m
Botefeinuo Twin 2: 270-300m

Plus, the concept tower in Xiaoshan models, around 350-380m. Probably scrapped.

More about CapitaLand (Singapore) project in Hangzhou. They said the project will be just 280m, 50 floors. A little weird figures, in the big render we could count 80 and 60 floors for each tower. I don't know what to think. The architect of this project is Ben van Berkel studio, still no info at its website.
New image, based on the same render (the one on the right).

Wenzhou Financial Center Tower, 318m. This is an old concept proposal, at leat 3 years old. I never gave it too much credit, but it seems like it has real chances.

CHONGQING | Global Financial Building (Proposed): 330m, 79 floors. Another of the supertalls packed at Jiefangbei core, this project has changed once and again not only its design, whose first versions were well below 300m, but also the name. From Lifan Edifice to Fortune Center, Chongqing World Financial Center and current Global Finance Center. The final design hasn't been launched. Thread

New proposal. 320m, 72 floors. Much more beautiful, but not too tall. It might be the final version.

i can't believe it! it's incredible! too many supertalls for a single country. china is going to be a leading country of skyscrapers, i guess. just a matter of time

hmm i feel envy of your booming supertall development. if only my country or at least my city had just a half of this vista, it would be much better.

More about Foshan 415m project. The project is called Foshan Lingnan Tiandi, developed by Shui On Group. The architect is SOM, still no actual renders.

Foshan

Located in the central south of Guangdong Province and in the hinterland of Pearl River Delta with Guangzhou to the east and Hong Kong and Macau to the south, Foshan’s strategic geographical location makes it the most dynamic core city at the centre of East Asia and Southeast Asia.

Foshan has been active in regional collaboration and is closely integrated with the Guangzhou-Foshan Economic Zone and the Pan-Pearl River Delta. It keeps strengthening its economic and trade ties with Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Macau and other cities. Over the past 20 years of reform and opening-up, Foshan has brought its proximity to and close networks with Hong Kong and Macau into full play and become a hub for private enterprises, foreign trade, and also a manufacturing base. Further, Foshan is one of China’s earliest exporting bases. "Made in Foshan" is a reputable brand both at home and abroad.

Foshan possesses rich cultural heritage and is recognized as the hometown of pottery art, Cantonese Opera, martial arts, textile, traditional Chinese medicine, foundry and folk arts. The long history and inheritance has nurtured a unique Lingnan culture. Its architectures such as Lingnan-style balconies, wedding houses as well as the cultural ambience have contributed to the unique character of this city.

Foshan Lingnan Tiandi

Situated at the centre of Zumiao Donghua Lane of Foshan, "Foshan Lingnan Tiandi" has a planned net developable area of approximately 517,471 sq.m. with a gross floor area of approximately 1.501 million sq.m. To facilitate Foshan’s long-term sustainable development, Shui On Land will preserve Foshan’s tradition as the hometown of Cantonese Opera, pottery art, martial arts and authentic Chinese food, and blend it with fashionable elements and modern facilities for a quality city-core integrated development.

With reference to the successful model of Shanghai Taipingqiao Redevelopment Project, this project will encompass residential and office buildings, as well as retail, restaurant, entertainment, tourism and cultural facilities. Shui On Land will also apply its unique experience in the redevelopment of Shikumen buildings to this project with an aim to preserve and modify the traditional Lingnan-style architectures in Zumiao Donghua Lane. It will showcase a perfect integration of commercial value and historical heritage from the outlook to the cultural ambience.
