More about COFCO Tower in Tianjin, likely to be around 350m. Nanzhan cluster looks very worrying in these images. This cluster used to be expected to host either 4x300m~ or 2x420m depending on the version. Now we can only see 1x280m~.

From left to right, Kerry Center (330m), COFCO Tower (350m~) and Nanzhan cluster main tower (280-300m~).

I was going to comment on this. I saw an advertisement for this development in a magazine. I then noticed on the way back from the Train station that construction appears to be going on, and that the same designs are posted on the walls surrounding the construction site.

Changzhou Modern Media Center will be taller than expected. Spire height = 332m.

CHANGCHUN | Changchun Shimao City (Under construction): 300m. The main tower of this project by Shimao Group was started in early 2008. Not many details have been released about the project though.

Final design, they said. No idea about the heights.

Thanks for the update. Can't wait to see the construction of Tianjin West Railway Station, I still remember how crowded and poorly maintained that station was.

Shanghai also started with Shanghai West Railway Station constructions. Here're the Shanghai pics: (Construction started Jan 8th 2009)

renderings

Sometimes simplicity can translate into a very elegant architecture.

]SHENZHEN | Shenzhen International Trade Center (Approved): 500m. This project has been recently relaunched from the dead proposal of Greater China Twin Towers, but not much is known about it by the moment. Supposed to be approved. Thread

Height will be taller than 600m!!

Another render of Tsingtao Beer City in Qingdao. You can't appreciate height in this one, but it is around 72 floors.

CHONGQING | Global Financial Building (Proposed): 331m+, 79 floors. Another of the supertalls packed at Jiefangbei core, this project has changed once and again not only its design, whose first versions were well below 300m, but also the name. From Lifan Edifice to Fortune Center, Chongqing World Financial Center and current Global Finance Center. The final design hasn't been launched. Thread

Newest version of Global Financial Building. Officially released, will be started in 2009 H2.
Supposed to have 80 floors, we can only count 72~ though. They probably included underground floors. Still 300m+.
