Because that sequence was filmed in Belgrade (in front of former Federal Parliament building).

A nice aerial over the then brand new Essingeleden through the outskirts of Stockolm city.

And a construction pic.

And the same road today.

And a really cool map of the motorway network around Stockholm city as planned in the 60´s

The traffic jams of today would probably be waaay less if it all had been built.

Note that the medium sized lines are also real motorways, eleveted and in tunnels through the inner city.

More pics about rest areas. This is in Maçanet de la Selva, Catalonia, Spain, in actual AP-7 motorway. First pic was taken in 1971.

Yes. Some remarks:
- foreign cars had a different toll to pay (higher than YU registered ones)
- as can be seen on the amounts, at the time of issuance of these receipts, inflation of the YU dinar was going on big time.
- tourists had easily the impression that tolls were climbing higher and higher at each subsequent toll gate. In fact, we could not pay the 192'000 dinar one with local currency, so had to hand over 10 Deutschmark. Some had the impression that this was one of the main intentions - empty the tourists' pockets of dinars to access their Deutschmark

Communist regimes were full of contraditions. They claimed to be against market economy and free trade with Western world but when the state could make money from western countries they never refused...

In real life, electronic toll collection was first introduced in Bergen, Norway in 1986, and well into the 21th century many countries still struggle to implement it.

Let me, first of all, thank to forumer "Taller & Taller" because of this collection.

It is about Santiago bridge at Zaragoza, where the E-07 ends in direction south.

First photo (the bridge is not in the photo, it would be a little more in the left corner)

Second photo... The bridge on works

Third photo... How old can it be according with cars?

Fourth photo. three lanes per way (too many, specially direction north).

Fifth photo. Tramway works going on. It is very recent, and maybe in some months we would be able to post a new one with trams on this bridge

there are two Renault 4 from the 60es, Citroën 2CV from late 60es and Seat 800 which was produced up to 1968. so probably very late 60es, maybe 1970.

Isn't that a Golf Mk1? Or is it some copy? It is obviously inspired by one anyway. Also, I think some Golfs were made in Yugoslavia.

The VW Caddy, the pick-up version of Golf Mk1, was built in Sarajevo for the whole European market in the 80's.
