Didn't think about that location. And N-I was widened at the same time as N-634 so you must be right.

Thanks! I thought about A13 too, because it's one of the oldest motorways in Paris.

A11 Berlin - Stettin in 1938



A11 in 2006: one carriaggeway had been upgraded and was used in both directions and the other, with still the original pavement, was closed. AFAIK it was the last motorway in Germany with pre-war pavement.
