Now we all know that she went into a state of madness however this big comeback has suprised everyone really, so what do you think is Britney Spears making a comeback and if so will she last?

What with her drug abuse, mental problems, financial problems and lack of basic parenting skills, it wouldn't surprise me if she's dead by the age of 30. Pretty sad really considering how "innocent" she used to appear.

britney doesnt have financial probs. papers filed during her divorce revealed she has an income of about 10 million dollars a year from investments and royalties. shes no mc hammer with her spending... comeback though? nah.

Her 2 recent songs have been crap - and she is gone off the rails. But anyway, i swear she had another 'come back' a few years ago with Toxic, which was a really good song...but that comeback kinda fizzled out too.

'She's totally impossible now,' fed-up staffer says

Here's the latest on that ongoing sad soap opera -- the downward spiral of Britney Spears:

• • A member of Spears' dwindling team of assistants and staff members told me Saturday that ''virtually everyone who works for Britney is following the lawyers' lead'' -- planning to resign, as have attorneys Trope & Trope. This includes her household staff, bodyguards and personal assistants.

''Britney has gone over the edge totally. Checking herself out of Cedars-Sinai was the last straw for most people,'' said the staffer. ''She's totally impossible now.''

• • According to another source on the nursing staff at Cedars-Sinai, Spears was overheard angrily telling a friend ''this is the final straw'' -- furious her parents had contacted TV counselor Dr. Phil McGraw to step in and attempt to help Britney deal with her various demons. Spears was not alerted about Dr. Phil, and his appearance in her hospital room came as a complete shock to her.

The fact Britney's parents Jamie and Lynne Spears are expected to appear on a special ''Dr. Phil'' show (reportedly airing Tuesday) supposedly enraged her even further.

'''I will never speak to them again!' Britney reportedly screamed into her cell phone after McGraw met with her Saturday for about 15 minutes.

• • While California law allows the hospital to hold Spears for a minimum of 72 hours since she was considered a ''special needs'' patient, a possible threat to herself or others, the hospital decided to release her after half that time.

''We have had many difficult celebrity patients in here over the years,'' said the Cedars-Sinai nurse. ''But Britney tops 'em all -- a real hellion. Screaming and carrying on and totally disruptive. Even though she was somewhat isolated in a VIP room, the administration decided she was too much trouble. In addition, it did seem she was no longer a danger to herself or others, as messed up as she is,'' added the nurse, a longtime Cedars-Sinai staffer.

A spokeswoman for Cedars-Sinai declined to comment on the case in any way.

A representative of ''Dr. Phil'' did confirm that the TV advice guru had met with Spears ''at a family member's invitation.''

• • Spears' case was a hot topic at the Palm Springs International Film Festival over the weekend. ''Juno'' star Ellen Page was sympathetic. ''No one goes, 'Why is this happening?' They just judge and judge and judge. It's too bad.'' ... Amanda Bynes also felt for Britney. ''I think that this business just does weird things to people, and I think that it's sad.''

To be honest I would go absolutely ape if my parents wanted to exploit my fame even further by dragging my issues onto the Dr.Phil show. Her white trash parents want to go on the show where white trash spill all their garbage onto the rest of the nation. No wonder why she is so f'd up with parents like she has.

Ok you gave us some memorable times during the late 90's and early 00's, we remember the schoolgirl outfit, the 'hit me baby', the 'is she or isnt she a virgin?' conundrum, the crazy outfits, the annoyingly poppy songs that you couldn't help bopping your head to once or twice, you will always have a place (for better or worse) in music history....but it's over, a succession of mistakes, bad boyfriends, failed marriages and the whole 'celeb rehab' thing have done you in...now kindly fade away into pop obscurity, release another album 10-15 years from now, maybe a few people will care....no more shall be said on the matter.
