The flash site is poorly developed and some parts of it are semi-active when they shouldn't be in the registration period.

Anyway, by clicking around you notice it says something about "30@330 Residences".

330 King Street is quite close to King/Parliament IIRC.

Why is this project in the 'high-rise developments' ?

Looks to be 16 stories, and is therefore a highrise.

It was/is an awkward site with a small amount of space to work with. It is a bit strange that they haven't begun to remove the earth from the east side of the site however. This is one of my favorite low rises going up right now. Well this and Flatiron.
