That rule has been amended Ken, you can now speak your regional language in your regional/language threads provided that you translate what's being said/posted should anyone asks what you are talking about.

As of January 1 this year, it has been decided (and all mods are in agreement of it) that you can use your regional language because majority of the forumers in these regional and language threads are native speakers themselves. But it is with a provision that you should also assist in translating should a non-native speaker/foreigner ask for help in understanding what you are talking about.
