Great job.

Two projects that are currently U/C but left out from the list are 550 Bourke, and Australia Post's SX2 also on Bourke St. Technically 181 William is still U/C as well but it's as good as finished, at least externally. Ditto with Lifelab. Aquarium is still under construction, as is Atlantis on Spencer Street. We should probably have information on Myer's new Docklands office soon too. The Gauge and Lend Lease offices are still U/C down there. Of course there is also the ferris wheel and the entire Waterfront City development as well. Also the new Royal Children's Hospital is another big project.

Head's up -- or perhaps you guys know something I don't -- but I am pretty sure that render for 560 Flinders Street is not the one going ahead. The approved design is the simpler Skidmore, Owings and Merrill-inspired 'black box'.

Nice work. Another to look forward to: the winning tender for SESP should be announced within the next month or so.

I haven't been able to work out which it is yet. The on site board has the design melbournee12 posted whereas propertylook has the simpler design.

im not sure if i would add 2008 after thread title. i thought this for the Adelaide thread. 2008 is basically here already and no skyscrapers will make that much of an impact THIS YEAR, maybe in 2010 and beyond? this year will be year of the excavation i would think?
Most of melbs proposals have been around for a while now, so some still wont see light while others will. cant wait to see super towers such as power station site and CUB and SAMA.
melbourne sure does have a great list of proposals.
