Welcsome scosmos - good to have another person from strathy around!
And the business faculty was a good choice - chicks aplenty! Us engineers were always envious of the guys taking business courses...

Dunno where else to say this really...but the Glasgow Uni students will probably see a fair bit of me over the next week and a bit...as I'm standing in the election to be in the SRC!
Yes...you may get to shove your hand down my bucket of sweeties in no time!

Been asking myself the same question. I love the banter as much as the next guy, but on every thread? And some of the stuff posted is pure filth - we shouldn't forget there are young 'uns reading.
Anyway...

Hi all,
I'm another who's been viewing SC for a while and so though it a bit rude not to join! I'm from Glasgow originally but have been in London for 4 years now, worked previously at the Mayor's office, now working in the policy department of the Royal Institute of British Architects. It's great to see so much development in progress in Glasgow, despite the recession beginning to bite- good thing that so many projects got going before and that the 2014 Games projects will be coming on scheme soon. Anyway, look forward to contributing to the discussion! |

Hi Folks,
Long time lurker, first time poster etc etc I don't live or work in Glasgow but I do love the place, its architecture, and above all its people. Thanks for creating this great forum. I check it daily and do very much enjoy reading all of your musings. I hope one day to be in a position where I too can contribute in a meaningful fashion and give others the same enjoyment that you give me. Thanks again. Gommsta |
