Well it is newer (I've been to both airports). The design and pattern is the same but I think since it is newer so it looks more cooler and I think lessons learnt from Jinnah International were applied in Allama Iqbal International's construction.
The good thing is that now we have two world class international terminals in Pakistan.

Yeah because its newer but they could have made it much better. Like Jinnah terminal has high ceiling in check-in area which gives you impression that its big that thing was lacking in Lahore.

And he was right anyways. I like Allama Iqbal International more too. It's newer, cleaner and slicker.

Actually its hard to find the pics... especially for the smaller cities.

Feel free to add multan, gwadar, faisalabad, sialkot, etc if you can find good resolution pictures.

I think Peshawar is the fastest growing airport in entire Pakistan ? Considering its city size ( below 1 million, correct me ) and its location , many reputable airlines are flying there.

2.98 million (1998)

3.242 million (2006)

EDIT: Yea, thats wrong. Peshawar can't have a population of 3.2 million. Wiki's wrong.

It had 1,488,926 (1.5 million) people in 2005

And it had 982,816 people in 1998
