Well, you'd have to say -- no building would be greener. It's literally a skyscraper version of a greenhouse. Great idea. Why not?

Wow what a great I idea. Its a good way to preserve land by using the sky. They should build hundreds of these. No longer would companys have to truck in farm goods from way out in the boondocks. Agriculture can be right in the city.
