it certainly is london eye, especially at night, they said the lighting suits the whole structure perfectly... just beautiful

It was one of the earliest Ferris wheels, erected in 1897 to celebrate Emperor Franz Josef I's golden Jubilee.

damn now i've got the Third Man tune in my head.

i think the beijing one looks best - v similar to the london eye but neater at the base and set in a park.

It might not be to impressive, but here is the Texas Star in Fair park Dallas. Its one of our icon images of the State Fare of Texas.

its not as big as those new ones, but this it has some great size for when it was built in 1985 and is still the largest in north America..


wow, looking at the list of worlds tallest, Japan has ALLOT!

I'd say the Odaiba Ferris Wheel is known better than the Yokohama one.
