I happened to retrieved the opening dates of autovías in the past months, including this one. (It opened on 23 December, 2009) So it had to be an autovía which opened in the last couple of years and the landscape looks like southeastern Spain. It was actually the first location I checked with Street View, dead on.
how the hell did you have the feeling that it was not A2 around Vidreres, which looks almost the same?!

Chris is just simply pro
Anyway congrats!

The only thing I don't get with this road is that why it has an RM (Región de Murcia?)prefix instead of MU like other roads in that area?

The MU-prefix has been discontinued some years ago, most MU and C-roads were renumbered to RM-roads. Many maps still indicate MU-numbers. The Spanish road numbering system is like torture for map makers.

No, the Spanish numbering system is not a torture, it was N-X & N-XXX (red), A-X & A-XX (blue) and C-XXX and C-XXXX (green) for regional roads. Rural roads with province prefix like A-XXX for Alicante or MU-XXX for Murcia...

...the torture is when the "Estado de las Autonomias" ( crazy Spanish regional system) started to put his own system.
.
.
.

There's a joke, like an urban myth, that says the "Estado de las Autonomias" only exists for change the road numbering every 8-10 years for no-reason. Or maybe because the cousin of the responsable for the transport has a traffic sign factory... who knows!

Is it one of those viaducts in the area with tunnels on M6, Hungary?

I don't think it's M6. The viaduct piles look slightly different there. http://g.co/maps/mdy7q

There are some different types of piles on M6 viaducts but indeed I can't find something similar with the picture...

No it's not on M6, and neither the viaduct of Kőröshegy, but Hungary is right.

Spain again?

That's a turning area, so it should in an area where interchanges are distant apart...

Well, there's 4 seas in spain... one is Cantabrico (Bay of Biscay), Alantic, Mediterranean... and... a little one?.

And it's a RM-XX "Autovia" (but without the Autovia sign...).
