It looks to me like something that Italy would do, but that yellow center line is definitely not Italian.

Canada?

C'mon. SK is not an option on Google Earth/Maps, because the roadmap isn't shown. This can take ages...

Ok... maybe the former pic was too hard. It was a rural road from South Korea, located here on google maps. The "street view" pictures were taken from this Korean website. It wasn't my finding, but Chris told me about this road.
