Escape launched saddle homes in ajman

Escape, an equestrian community which is currently under development in Ajman, has now launched a new housing concept to the market, through the launch of Saddle Homes.

The Saddle Homes are two-storey residences that are more like spaciously designed small villas that blend convenience and ease of an apartment. Being attractively priced, they are positioned in configurations of four, and will be amidst creative landscaping in the eight million square foot project.

Saddle Homes are situated on a subtle rise, facing the expanse of the community, and feature private parking bays, gardens, terraces, community swimming pools, and the wooden fencing that retains a fusion of Arabian, Mediterranean and Ottoman design influences and color schemes.

The two-bedroom units offer slightly different floor plan variations, and maximize the use of natural light, offering Spanish terra cotta flooring and high quality finishing. All residential options are a true blend of modern comfort with top quality details, while also retaining the traditional Islamic and Arabian architecture.

The Escape Sales Consultant, Aadil Sher said "Saddle Homes has been conceptualized to fit a niche in the market. These homes are ideal as a starter home for young couples, professional singles, or a holiday retreat for residents of other emirates or abroad. They are designed in a manner that provides maximum space, good value, and are attractive and easy to care for. This is a winning combination."

Launched during early 2007, villas at Escape witnessed rapid sales. The Saddle Homes are the next sales phase of the project. Apart from the 140 Saddle Homes, Escape offers about 500 three to four bedroom villas, and terraced and low-rise apartments, due to be released for sale in a couple of months.

The development also includes a boutique hotel, Hoofbeatz Activities Center Clubhouse, an equine spa, several multipurpose indoor and outdoor sports or riding arenas, and a mix of health, sports, and leisure amenities all focused on family entertainment. Located adjacent to Emirates Road on the Sharjah and Ajman border, Escape is easily accessible to major urban business and transportation hubs in Dubai and other Northern Emirates.

Escape is set to break ground in May 2008, and is due to be complete by December 2010.

escape south side

We are thinking of buying a villa on the extreme south of Escape - i.e. towards border with Sharjah. Does anyone know what developments might be next to Escape to the South? Could it be high rise?? Are there any new roads or pylons?

(Cartographer - brilliant mapping! - help!)

To the south of Escape

Does anyone know what the massive clearance to the South of Escape is?

On google earth it shows up as a massive set of squares with roads and roundabouts at about 25.349032 and 55.975541

Escape Project Update

Some progress I guess from their Project Update

"Geo Technical survey

The Geo - technical survey for the Escape equestrian community began as scheduled in early May 2008. The tender for the survey was won by Al Arabiah Soil and Building Material Consultants.

Al Arabia is a Geotechical and Material testing company based in Sharjah, UAE. The Company owns a fleet of sophisticated plant and machinery and a full fledged laboratory. All equipment in the laboratory are of the latest variety, and calibrated to accurate results as per international standards bought from leading European and American Testing equipment manufacturers.

The geo technical survey at the Escape site is expected to take 45 days, after which large scale movement of earth will begin.

Thanks for that information...

That gives me some hope, because I was a bit surprised, when I passed by the site two days ago: no fence, no signboard, no construction or soil testing gear, just some of those undefined temporary shacks that you find on construction sites...so I was not very convinced. No information to the investors either, about when construction is going to start, as during the launch the investors were informed that construction would start in April 2008. The abandoned site of Ameera Village, where the sand has covered more or less what has been built some time ago, didnt look very encouraging either. But then the fact that the royal family is behind the project is probably kind of a warranty that the whole thing will come to life....

This is what I got this morning from gowealthy.com:

"We checked yesterday with the developers, Escape LLC, for an update.

Mobilization on the site to start the soil testing work did take place in early May but the work did not meet the high standards demanded by the Escape Project Consultants. The first contractor was therefore replaced by a new one and we understand that this new contractor began work on 1st June.

This has caused a small delay to the mobilization but the developers are confident that this will not affect the overall timetable. The main infrastructure and construction work is still scheduled to start during second half of August, once soil testing and bulk excavation is completed."

Plots etc around Escape

See http://www.revolutioninlife.com/imag...l_City_map.jpg for interesting layout of all the plots around Emirates City. I wonder what the plots to the West and SOuth of Escape will be?

thanks for the link, the map is really awesome! For me it looks like a new SZR!? What makes me a little bit sad is that they all will be sepearted communities and not a real city, but let's see how things will be in five years!

Escape Villa

I believe that this project is going to be a flagship villa project in Ajman. Price is calculated on the BUA only. Quality fittings & finishing imported from Spain. Gowealthy guy has taken me to the site & I find it convincing. I bought one, afterall I cant afford to buy that kind of villa in Dubai. To buy, call Sajeesh 050 4516433 and he is very helpful.

Escape photo updates

Hi all,

It would be nice, especially for us overseas buyers, if anyone who visits the site takes photos and puts them up here. That way we have a very nice record of progress. I have a couple from our last visit, but can someone explain how you include them in the forum?
