BGC | 8 Forbestown Road [53F|res]
there's indeed a rendering na nga ng "8 Forbestown Road".
di ko dala cam ko kaya phonecam ang gamit ko. kaya lang gabi pero pinagtyagaan ko na rin kunan! ganda nya at parang may mall component sya sa podium level. really very excited about this project

Is that a mall in the podium? It looks too big for parking.

it could be. those squares at the podium level are actually billboards kunyari D&G etc, so it should be a mall para maglagay sila ng billboards sa rendering, i think hehe.

If that is a mall... maybe size of Podium in ortigas it might be ok...
Specially if the Forbeswood Parkway commercial area is up and running... I wonder will they be able to put enough parking spaces... One thing nice about that section of BGC is that it is quiet and away from traffic... If they put up a mall - I wonder if that would make if busy like the Bonifacio High Street area... The of the podium loks like a very awesome place to put a cafe or a restaurant... would be a very relaxing view while eating...

 In closer inpection it does look like there is the word "Road" in the poster. Malamang nga 8 Forbestown Road ang project name.

Nice addition! I like it. I guess some units at Forbeswood Heights and Parklane will still have partial view of Makati Skyline and Manila Golf.

I thnk you are correct... If the 8 Forbestown building is to the left... Some towers of the Forbeswood Heights and Parklane will have golf view...
Lucky people who will get a golf view at a lower price (compared to the Bellagio's, Icon...

 this is a megaworld project right? i'd soon be joing megaworld to do what i really love to do...sell skyscrapers units!!! hehehe...you're the first to know here. my current boss does not even know.nice find superboy, thank you for sharing the photos! i counted almost 50 levels on the higher floor. they'd better make this high to make the most out of the prime location. |

I think that they'll be splitting the lot in two. Malaki yung lot na yun. With 8 Forbes Town Road and the the lot where the current UCC coffeeshop is.

Im just basing from how they subdivided the Bellagio towers and came up with the conclusion that 8 Forbes Town is the second to the last.
8 Forbestown will occupy where STI school currently have their school. |

napadaan rin ako sa area today. it's EIGHT FORBES TOWN ROAD. at may apelyido pang GOLF VIEW RESIDENCES. hehe. i got clear daytime pics pero i dunno how to post on that photobucket thingie. maybe someone can post here or PM me their email addy and i can just sent the files there.

Me like it! Looks good though not as nice as One Central I think. But still Beautiful nonetheless. Should be another welcome addition to the BGC skyline!
