Go around the podium, witness the rise of the morning sun, marvel BGC’s skyline, oversee forbes town road and its suburban neighborhood, mini park, lagoon, and restro bars.

Just a tip for those thinking of purchasing a unit with Manila Golf views. There is a Meralco line running along the easement between Manila Golf and the condo projects along the golf course that's an eyesore for now. No specific date yet when this line will eventually be buried so buyers beware as you don't want to be seeing this outside your window indefinitely. Considering this building project will be housing several commercial floors first before the start of the residential floors, just make sure that one chooses a unit atleast at the 7th floor level (or around the 9th when counting from the ground floor) and up so that you won't have the Meralco electric lines obstructing your view of Manila Golf from your unit window. Going higher enables you to equally enjoy not just the golf course but also the views above the tree line. Actually maski na hanggang 14th floor (aka 13th floor) will still have an intimate view of the golf course and even Manila polo club for that matter and an added bonus is the 14th is also high enough na to also enjoy a straight path view of the amazing Makati skyline, the planes landing on Ninoy Int'l Airport, and of course the world famous majestic Manila Bay and Sunset in the end of the day. To see is to believe nga talaga as far as the views go. Simply Beautiful! Anyway 7-14th floor is my recommendation but of course kindly take it with a grain of salt. Hope this helps and enjoy the view should you end up being one of the few lucky ones to get/own a unit.

As our attention shifts to the building, we say so long for the manila golf course view. Good thing we have a number of golf course pics in thread for archive.

The unit owners though, will be waiting for the turnover date to start enjoying the golf course view. See and feel it best right there at the open amenity area of the podium. Be at the driver seat and savor the breeze.

The course is stunningly spectacular during downpour! Come on and devour in delight as it invigorates one’s mind and body.

Manila Golf is the premier golf of the land. I believe ownership of the course is evidence by stock ownership which currently trades at P25 million +/- per share, the highest among the golf courses. Next is Wack Wack golf course and its stock trades at a distant P12M +/- per share. Other averagely good golf courses’ stocks trades far in the range of P.3M to P.5M per share.

Just how often do stock owners visit their courses? Every week, every month?

For 8 Forbers, they own posh units and by elevator ride and few steps - they are at it . . . everyday!?

I checked http://www.ggaclubshares.com/ and there is an offer to buy a club share at Manila Golf & Country Club for $26m, but no one is selling for that price right now. At that price, I’ll content myself playing at other courses in Metro Manila. At least I have something in common with Manny Pacquiao. We are both golf aficionados that are non-members at MGCC. In his case, he can afford to buy a share but his membership application was rejected. In my case, I can’t afford to buy a share. So, we are both non-members. Nice to be in good company.

Thanks Aziza.

This is it, supposedly the last condominium to be built facing the golf course.

I am assuming the partially exposed podium level is the 6th floor and they have yet to build the swimming pool walls. So that explains the elevated height of the 7th floor where the amenities area and access to the swimming pool is located. Counting the floors below the exposed podium level, there are 5 floors, the 1st and the 2nd being commercial levels, are elevated in height.

Anyone know what’s Megaworld’s plan for the grass area across the street, or fronting Forbeswood Parklane? There is clutter there now, perhaps construction materials needed for 8 Forbes Town Road? From Forbeswood Parklane original render, there will be gardens with water feature pools there. Any change in plans for this? Perhaps, Megaworld is just waiting for the completion of 8 Forbestown Road before constructing the gardens.

Anyone know what’s Megaworld’s plan on the left side across the street where the UCC Coffee Shop is now (not shown in picture)?

It's now becoming visible in the Bonifacio Global City skyline.

From this angle you can see that it will cover FW Parklane and even further block parts of what remains from One McKinley's original view of Manila Golf and the Makati Skyline.
