Both renderings are nice - I slightly prefer the original because the revised vesion kinda resembles the Bellagio towers shape -
which is good but i has hoping for a different look (para may variety)...

Maybe wait for someone who will sell their 1-Bedroom unit in Bellagiio 2 or 3.
I've seen some posts of people selling their condo unit at original price they got it.
Baka maka timing ka ng good deal.

it's ok kasi mura, kaso mas mahirap bayaran.

I have never seen a Mall fronting a golf course. I just wish that they tear down the fence separating the golf course from the golf row residences.

better with Pacific Plaza and the Bellagio triplets when looking at the BGC skyline. Change was for the better I think.

8th Forbestown is more modern looking and has more glass than any Bellagio tower. With 50 floors this will be iconic.

I think the last tower of Megaworld in UCC Forbestown will even be taller. Megaworld is keen on having a stairway skyline from Bellagio 1,2,3 and now 8th Forbestown. Im predicting their next project will be 55-60 floors.

i still love the new render..

i do think they changed the design since the previous would not maximize the space avail, hence lesser expected profit.. this new design will serve both purpose - maximizing space and profit.
