at any rate, i think it still wise not to give any impression that one "owns" the picture or is the source of such picture, by putting his name across it (even if it is not the intention). it borders on the unethical. In fact, the better way is to acknowledge the actual source in the posting. imo lang po.

Is this really a China Bank headquarters?

I think this is just an office building that China Bank will lease to investors.. The bank of course will be occupying the first few floors..

Maybe this would just be a regional office just like Unionbank.

checked with our VP (for Manulife Chinabank Life, partnership between the 2 companies for bank assurance purposes), yes it's very much confirmed that they're gonna put up this building but you're also right, not all floors will be occupied by them... even metrobank tower in cebu is not just occupied entirely by them
