LORENA starting and operating the business with two business to cover Bogor - Jakarta, Jakarta - Bogor. In 1984 we started luxurious type of buses with air conditioned and served long distance transportation

Jakarta - Surabaya and Surabaya - Jakarta. Since then we had grown the business by owning more than 200 Mercedes Benz buses and servicing more than 42 cities in Java, Madura, Bali and Sumatra; and were supported by our highly motivated 1000 personnel and 50 management staff. In order to cater the customer needs and demands in chartered bus service for tourism, we formed Sari Lorena in 1986 which prior to that served with LORENA bus.

In 1989 we estabilished Karina, under our sister's company management PT. RYANTA MITRA KARINA, to serve intercity and interprovence transportation services in Jakarta, Surabaya, Malang, Madura and Denpasar-Bali. Started in 1996 we up grading our company form from CV. LORENA to PT. EKA SARI LORENA TRANSPORT. Along with that in maximizing our transportation fleets, we established a new business division in courier and cargo services, ESL EXPRESS, on June 1997. ESL EXPRESS served courier and cargo through air, land and sea to all over Indonesia and abroad.

n 17th March 2003, LORENA has received ISO 9001; 2000 Certification from UKSD, England and LORENA became the First and The Only Interstate and Interprovence Bus Company in Indonesia received ISO 9001; 2000 Certification to better LORENA's service.

The growth and succesful development of our company has resulted recognition from our customer satisfaction as well as several management institutions in which our founder has been awarded with several certificate recognition in many fields. LORENA takes the commitment to serve its customer seriously, with the best possible services and motto PATIENCE, POLITENESS and SMILE. We built a good image and safeguard our services to be able to deliver best quality services towards our customer, so we can convince our customer that we are the most reliable transportation company and always one step ahead.
