Ky ndertimi kur filloj te ndertohej supozohej te ishte nje shembelltyre e kalase Rozafa qe ndodhet afersisht nja 2 kilometra ne vije ajrore larg saj dhe jane perballe njera tjetres, ne mes kalon lumi Buna. Nuk kam qene ndonjehere brenda por e kam ne plan me shku.

Qendra e biznesit ndodhet ne Fier.Territori eshte 23000 meter katror,obiekti eshte 2 katesh,secili kate eshte 4000 metra katror.Lartesia e katit te pare eshte 5.30m, kati i dyte 4.50m. Perespektiva eshte per 7 kate. Obiekti eshte ne unazen e qytetit,nga qendra eshte 5 min me makine. Kufizimet e obiektit jane: ne veri nga shkolla profesionale italiane, ne jug nga magazinat e medha te pllakave,ne lindje me parking automjetesh,dhe ne perendim me rrugen nacionale Fier - Tirane. Ka sistem sigurie me kontroll kamerash, sistem aspirim kondicionim i perfunduar, uje drita 24 ore, banjo te perfunduara, sistem kunder zjarrit.
Kompleksi eshte teper i madh dhe emri i qendres derivon nga nje zinxhir sherbimesh qe po e njejta firme ka ndertuar ngjitur me qendren e biznesit,te cilat jane sic mund te kuptohet nga fjala autogrill :restorant,pike karburanti,motel,kend lojrash per femije,bar etj.....Ja nje foto nga nje pjese e tyre:

U hap sot ne oren 10:00 paradite ne qytetin e Fierit, Qendra Tregtare 'Univers'. Eshte nje nga qendrat me te suksesshme ne Shqiperi e cila zgjodhi qytetin e Fierit per te bere investimin e radhes se saj. Eshte qendra e dyte ne Shqiperi qe kjo kompani hap dhe jo rastesisht u zgjodh qyteti i Fierit duke demostruar potencialin e madh te zhvillimit qe ka ky qytet. Nje arkitekture moderne dhe bashkokohore por dhe nje shumllojshmeri sherbimesh e bejne kete qender tregtare nje nga me te mirat ne vend. Interesi i qytetareve ishte i madh, rreth 30 njesi te ndryshme tregtare tashme jane ne sherbim te tyre. Vendi strategjik i zgjedhur per ndertimin e saj tregon ambicjen e administratoreve qe kjo qender ti sherbej edhe pjeses jugore te Shqiperise. Qytetit te Fierit tashme ju shtua nje tjeter objekt cilesor ne sherbim te komunitetit duke ridemostruar se ai mbetet nje nga qytetet qe bisnesmenet kane deshire te investojne.

The situation is changing slowly as more and more people are buying different new cars from dealers, but for the longest time ever, to many Albanians it was better having an older Mercedes than say a newer Fiat. People thought that Mercedeses were more durable and better suited for the roads of Albania, which had some truth to it. The older Mercedeses were a lot more reliable than some of the crap they started building in the early 2000s.

Very nice country, indeed. It deserves many more tourists in the future.
But you have to improve a lot of things. Infrastructure, services, perheps also the security (I've been told not to drive at night across the Albanian countryside).

Whoever told you that has never been to Albania and is a complete retard. The countryside is not dangerous at all. Hell the cities in Albania are probably the much safer than most European cities. If you're scared of stray dog, then that's another thing. People in the countryside are much more wellcoming, warm and helpful than those in the city.

the only dangerous thing about traveling at night is that you might hit something, since the highways don't have any lights but glow in the dark stickers by the sides and center. other than that you think someone is going to pickpocket you while traveling 100 km/hr?
