My opinion:

It's practically a carbon copy of London's Riverside South, but it's still a great project and will do wonders for Manchester's skyline. For those who don't know, this will be the tallest skyscraper in the UK outside of London.

Is this an office tower, or mixed use.

Awesome tower very impressed!

Man, I'd sell my left nut to live in Manchester. I love that town.

This tower was designed before Riverside South, so the carbon copy comment should be the other way around.

A great set of boxes. But set of boxes is just that. Plain but of top quality.

I wish for more variety in Manchester talls, and something a little more unique, but aye.... very excited about this one, it's going to look great, and blow Beetham Manchester out of the water! Relieved that it is finally underway.

Wow. Never really believed in this one. Now it's really happening. It's a good, solid, attractive building.

The world is truly having to build up and this flurry of tall residential towers in provincial European cities is proof of the phenomenon...

The design for Riverside South has been floating around since 2000.
