As one whispers they begin the construction work definitly this year. If Grand Hyatt builds it or if there has been a redesign is not known yet...i cannot tell more at this time

I was just walking arround at skyline plaza, nothing to see yet . Lot's of material on site but it has nothing to do with the tower yet

the winner proposal by UN Studio won't be built.

The site has been divided into two parts and sold.

Maybe we can see 2 highrises (1 residential building 160m and a Adina Apartment Hotel ) in the next years grow there.

Tower 1 (210m) is also back in negotiations with possible investors.

This proves the failure of the Grand Hyatt hotel tower still as a fluke. Hopefully the 160m tower will be built.

this 112m project is definitely dead.

according to today's news reports, an investor is planning a residential tower with a height of up to 160m, with around 300 apartments, instead. there is currently a design competition being held, the results will be presented to the public in may.

it looks like we need a new thread soon
