Finally! Can't wait to see this one rise. I just really hope they don't screw up the masonry, it will either make or break this one if you ask me.

The architect is Robert A.M Stern! The tower will have class!

Has done an amazing job with all of his projects in the city. I like them all.

Nothing wrong with that one if you ask me, now the Transportation Building, how they could build that monstrosity next to the Woolworth Building.
I think we have had all towers on the block now.
