There's actually hardly any street level graffiti. The Graffiti shown on the sides of water towers on top of those buildings is hardly noticeable.

This building really does look gorgeous! It helps to add a new layer of non-glass sheet facades to the skyline

It really does fit into Lower Manhattan perfectly, with the classic Art Deco towers and the new!

The super slim proportions help to give this a futuristic edge in its appearance; fantastic! I'm really looking forward to see the darker vertical strips (seen on the renders) take shape so that it helps to add to the towers upwards soar!

It still astounds me though that a 900+ft tower only just about adds a new peak to the skyline!
