The render is out of proportions, they stretch them out. But the work on the site is good.

I doubt any of the renderings have been out of proportion. It's direct from SP.

Doesn't look too bad to me. The flag poles give it a good feel; you see buildings with fronts like that on Broadway.

walked by this site earlier to confirm reports of activity on wired and there was a gang of hard hats working down there. When I say gang I really mean at most 50-75 guys on the job.

Beautiful design
It has the design of the old buildings in New York with an impressive height.
It's really beautiful.
That area is amazing, impressive skyscrapers to which he added that these new designs are fantastic

Pile driving is over 50% complete.

Haha, I remember people were saying this project was dead or wouldn't be built for years.

Yeah, that whole section of town is going to be an awe-inspiring sight once everything comes together. This building will work well in that context.

Most of them do not live here, nor do they understand this city's resilience. While I do not expect every sweet project proposed to go up, swearing to go up, promising to go up--will actually go up, I do believe we will see plenty to come and I am not just blowing smoke. Ny does not sleep.
