Yes, I would have liked Stainless Steel too. Even silver colored glass would have been more interesting. However, the WTC1 & 4 does look metallic in certain light conditions.

They clearly rendered that as if it were clad in limestone. The variation in color and reflectivity is just not there in concrete. Luckily 520 Park and 220 CPS will be full on limestone, which will be great to see go up.

I like it. A modern take on a traditional NYC art deco scraper. I don't think that every skyscraper should look the same, or all top out at the same height. It is the variety of styles, heights, setbacks, etc., that make NYC unique - and of course the sheer quantity of scrapers.
