Designed to fit in the last major plot on Paulista Avenue (one of the major business districts in São Paulo) by Aflalo e Gasperini.

Is very hard to find anything about this project on the internet, but according to a CCP SA (Cyrela Commercial Properties SA) investor presentation this 38 story tall multi-use tower should be completed by 2010~2011.

The most interesting thing about this is that this specific plot on Paulista Avenue has a more flexible height restriction (buildings cannot be 25+ floors in Paulista Avenue). And it is in the highest city point, at least 80 meters taller than the average elevation of São Paulo.

Well for a 38 story tower, it looks like a good corperate address......... and it would be nice if it did have a few more floors, like maybe 10.
