Gulcrapek, take it easy. That big box exists for 8,000-10,000 office workers who love its 2.3 million sq. ft of office space. These people need a place to work after all. It's still better than some 3-floor office park spread over 12 acres.

Let's be honest, it's just an average looking building, the only interesting thing is its height.

It's a box but just face it it's an interesting one!!! Honestly all you box haters, would you really want to see the world have not even one box looking skyscraper!!!?? Well maybe if there wasen't any at all you would probably all find some other style of building to call a box right!!!?? So you all actually love them!!! Anyways I gave this 6/10 because yes it is just an average interesting one that could use more height.

Nice facade, especially because of the vertical lines. |

6/10 - OK, yeah, it has good height, some nice, shiney glass, and the "racing stripe" mullions DO relieve the monotony a bit...
BUT...it sure looks like the architects ran out of money, ideas, or both, before they reached the roof... Of course, it's not like they had many great ideas to start with, because, while it's certainly not ugly, it's still just ANOTHER bland box...
